Meet Dr. Tracy Evans
Meet Dr. Evans! After earning her DDS at the University of Southern California (just like Dr. O’Rielly!), she served for 8 years in the US Navy – at home, abroad and at sea. Dr. Evans got the opportunity to live in Japan and to get her sea legs aboard an aircraft carrier, all while caring for the large scope dental needs of sailors, Marines and military families. Her Navy service only amplified her ever growing love of travel and new experiences and she is able to connect with people so easily from diverse backgrounds.
After her service, Dr. Evans settled here in Encinitas with her husband, Dr. Brian Evans, an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, and their 4 amazing children. They have a close-knit family and love working together. You may see them frequenting local beaches and golf courses or getting recommendations for their next adventure with the kids.
Family is very important to Dr. Evans and it is what drew her into dentistry. Dr. Evans feels very strongly that patients should have a sense of family and belonging within a dental practice. She is an empath with a gift of setting nervous patients at ease with her quick smile, infectious laugh and gentle demeanor.
Dr. Evans believes that dentistry is treating the person and not just a tooth. The mouth is so closely interwoven into every other part of the body and oral health can have significant effects (both positive and negative) to a person’s overall health. Dr. Evans looks forward to meeting lifelong patients and helping you optimize your oral health!
